Welcome to DashAero. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DashAero mobile application (the "App") and related services ("Services"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.
DashAero provides a platform for aviation services and related content. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
DashAero offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, and materials within the App are the property of DashAero or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashAero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
